The Mineral County Sheriff's Dept. is investigating an apparent murder-suicide.

Investigators say at just before 5 p.m. Saturday someone placed a 911 hang-up call from a home near Alternate Route 28 in Wiley Ford. When a sheriff's deputy arrived on the scene he found a man and woman dead.

The couple's grandchildren were found inside the home unharmed.

An investigation continues.
