A Kanawha County man is dead after being thrown from an overturning truck Wednesday.
State Troopers say Teddy Payne, 39, of Dawes was a passenger in a truck traveling on Coal Fork Road near Cabin Creek Road Wednesday afternoon when the truck overturned throwing Payne out. The truck rolled on top of him.
The driver and another passenger suffered minor injuries.
