A Kentucky man is going to prison after pleading guilty in connection with a deadly drunk driving accident in Wayne County.
Bobby Frazier, 48, of Louisa, Ky., entered a plea bargain agreement last Friday with prosecutors. He was then sentenced to 6-26 years in prison.
Frazier was driving drunk in a stolen truck near Kenova in April 2008 when the truck went across the center line and hit another truck head-on claiming the lives of John Boone, his two children and a family friend.
Frazier was set to go on trial next week. Prosecutors say the families of the victims agreed with the plea bargain.
