An investigation is underway in Nicholas County after neighbors found a woman's body submerged in a pond underneath a tree.
Deputies say it appears Teresa Rollins of Nettie was a victim of an accidental death. They say it appears the tree fell on top of her knocking her body into the water.
The accident occurred on Rollins property. She was found Monday.
Rollins' body has been sent to the state Medical Examiner's Office.
