A Virginia couple charged with murder and arson in Hardy County, West Virginia has waived extradition.

Nakia Keller and Lorie Taylor, both 34, agreed Wednesday in Rockingham County court to be taken to West Virginia to face the charges.

They allegedly shot and killed Taylor's ex-husband Chip, his wife Alaina Taylor and her five-year-old daughter Kaylee last Friday night at their house in Mathias. It was then set on fire.

Investigators say Keller and Taylor committed the crimes on Friday and then got married in Harrisonburg, Virginia on Monday. They were arrested early Tuesday. The marriage privilege is law in West Virginia where a husband and wife cannot be called to testify against one another unless both consent.

Lorie Ann Taylor and Chip Taylor were in a custody battle over their three children. Those children were not at the fire scene.

It's not clear when Keller and Taylor will be brought back to West Virginia.
