A Bridgeport man is dead after wrecking his truck over the weekend.
State Police say 24-year-old Mitchell Kerns was driving on Route 92 in Crystal Springs Friday when he crossed the centerline and hit a semi-truck. Kerns' truck then bounced back into another small pick-up. A 19-year-old woman and 9-month-old were riding with Kerns at the time of the accident.
Investigators say Kerns was pronounced dead at the scene. His two passengers and the driver of the other small truck were treated for minor injuries at Davis Memorial Hospital in Elkins. The driver of the tractor-trailer was not transported.
