A group of environmental law students will host a panel discussion Thursday on two major power line projects in the state of West Virginia. The panel titled, 'PATH and TrAIL: Where Do They Actually Lead?', will be hosted by the WVU Environmental Law Society.
The panelists will be composed of three speakers mainly opposed to the project including Calhoun County blogger Bill Howley, Morgantown attorney Brad Stephens who represented landowners in both the TrAIL and PATH projects, and attorney Bill DePaulo who will represent the environmental group the Sierra Club during the PATH Public Service Commission hearings.
The panel starts at 7:30 p.m. in Room 154 in the WVU College of Law.
