Triple murder charges against a mother of three are now headed to the Hardy County grand jury.
A magistrate forwarded the charges against Lorrie Taylor, 34, Thursday following a 35-minute preliminary hearing in Moorefield.
Taylor and new husband Nakia Keller, 34, allegedly murdered Taylor's ex-husband Chip, his wife Alaina Taylor, and Alaina's five-year old daughter Kaylee on Oct. 23. Their bodies were found in their burned out house in the Hardy County community of Mathias.
A State Trooper and Hardy County deputy testified Thursday that Taylor and Keller had a plan to commit the murders. A letter found in the couple's Rockingham County, Virginia home was placed into evidence. It detailed Plan 1 and Plan 2. The letter talked about cutting off the fingers of the victims and removing their teeth to eliminate identification possibilities.
Testimony Thursday said all three victims were shot and killed before the fire was set.
Investigators say Chip and Lorrie Taylor were in a custody battle over their three children.
Hardy County Magistrate Craig Hose found probable cause to forward the charges against Taylor to the Feb. 2 grand jury in Hardy County. Charges against Keller were previously bound over.
Both remain in the Potomac Highlands Regional Jail without bail.
