One Mingo County man is now charged with sexually abusing another man in Williamson while a third man watched.

Twenty-one year old Jerry Fields of Williamson was being held in the Southwestern Regional Jail on Monday on charges of sexual abuse, abduction and malicious wounding.

Twenty-six year old Jimmy Hatfield of Rawl is charged as an accessory.  He is or had been living with the victim.

Williamson Police claim Fields used extension cords to tie up the victim in the genital area and then beat him even after he was unconscious.
